Job description

A week in the life of an Inside Sales Representative:
· You will assist in implementing local and global sales strategy for dedicated US markets.
· You will conduct actions to ensure and improve customer satisfaction.
· You will act proactively to detect and create opportunities, identify and acquire potential customers using internal tools to promote Gemalto's products.
· You will support the Bid Management phase as described in the pipeline process.
· You will develop a pipeline and achieve sales forecast for Gemalto's document reader and biometrics businesses in commercial markets.

Qualifications :

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
·  To succeed at this job, you must have: experience working with CRM tools, SalesForce, SFDC or sales tracking and other order-entry systems.
·  You must be fluent in English.
·  We would like someone to join our team who is customer-oriented, a problem-solver who has strong written and oral communication skills.
·  You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
·  We are looking for someone with 2 – 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
