Job description
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency of day-to-day office administration. You will interact with and support employees by providing suitable tools and creating a positive and pleasant working environment.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining office efficiency through planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
· Controlling monthly office expenses and yearly budget
· Being responsible for the day to day work and performance of office staff including, receptionists and maintenance employee.
· Managing negotiations of hotel rates and contracts, working with travel agencies to control flight costs and approvals
· Being responsible for of all aspects of the working relationship with the land lord
· Managing company leased cars and cell phones
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· At least three years of experience as office manager
· Experience with Microsoft Office
· Good ability to speak and write in English
· HR and finance background – advantage
· Being trustworthy, respectful, able to work in a diverse environment, and service-oriented.
· Academic degree – advantage
