The world leader in digital security is looking for a French speaking Credit Controller to expand further their Finance team based in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a market leading company at an exciting time of change and growth.

The role involves supporting the Accounts Receivable department and be responsible for all aspects of credit setting and collection of EMEA receivables across a number of countries. Securing payment of outstanding invoices is key. You will also collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Fulfillment teams on a daily basis to ensure timely resolution of disputed issues. Knowledge of Oracle is also advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing Cash Collections on your allocated countries and achieved set results on a monthly basis.

You will monitor collection action plans and provide status updates to the Accounting Operations Director when requested.

·
You will run credit checks/reviews and recommended credit limits for approval and assist in account set-ups.

·
You will resolve payment issues & invoice queries via phone/email in a timely manner

·
Work actively alongside your team and across other departments

·
Release/Hold of orders daily

·
Analysing & Updating the Aged Debt Report

·
Complete any tasks relevant to enable close down of monthly accounts

·
Occasional cash application/copy invoices duties.

·
Sickness and holiday cover for other collectors as required

·
Other Ad hoc projects such as Audit requests

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience required:

To do this job, you must have Credit Control experience (2-3 years)

We would appreciate if you had hands-on experience with Oracle, Microsoft Office, especially Outlook & Excel

You need to be fluent in French and proficient in English. If you have another language, that would be a plus.
