The Customer service & Sales Operations Business Efficiency team drives re-engineering programs (organization, processes & tools), pushes for harmonization to gain efficiency and support operational teams in day to day business.
Our organization is also the control tower for process performance and productivity measurement through a regular set of strategic indicators follow-up.
As a corporate organization, we act for a worldwide geographical scope and for both Business lines: Telecom & banking businesses.

A week in the life of

Inside this organization, the mission consists in:
- Building and automating our performance and strategic indicators with the data from our systems.
- Designing a Sharepoint and an intranet site for our organization
- Contributing and/or leading projects such as a Customer satisfaction campaign, e-learning modules creation…

During the mission, the trainee will have to interface with various interlocutors from the different functions in a worldwide context (Finance, Information Systems, Customer service, Sales, Manufacturing).

Project Management, Communication, Negotiation, Change management skills will be developed all along the mission.

Profil recherché

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Master Student
Knowledge of Excel including VBA, Power Query & Power Pivot
Familiar with IT tools like HTML and Sharepoint.
Project Management and good communication skills
Autonomous, rigorous and proactive
Fluent English
Ability to understand customer requirements
Interest for process improvement and technology
