You will be part of the Marketing & Business Efficiency team that is responsible for managing marketing programs such as:
- Definition and deployment of our CRM strategy.
- Implementation of channel management organization, processes and tools.
- Set up key performance indicators to monitor our business activity.
Analyze and improvement of marketing methods.
You mission will be to promote the usage of our CRM tools for a better anticipation and management of opportunities.
Your role will be to
- Sell the idea that CRM is not a IT solution, but a tool to help an organization to better understand what their customers want and need, i.e. contribute to the Sales transformation
- Train our Sales managers on how to use the CRM tool
- Provide support to Sales managers on the CRM tool
- Control processes and adoption
- Monitor quality of data
This mission will imply interactions with the Sales & regional teams (world-wide) and the understanding of the Sales processes, that is, what is involved in winning new business.
Profil recherché
Qualifications :
Education background: Master 1 or 2, or specialized master: Business Marketing, International Business
Skills: Fluent English, Excellent communication and presentation skills, project management, business oriented, organized, Excel (good level).
