DIRECTEUR DU CONTROLE DE GESTION & DU BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERNATIONAL (H/F)
Basé au Siège de la Division à Paris (XVIème)

Bilingue en Anglais, la maîtrise d'une autre langue de la région ELAMA sera un plus.

Vous serez rattaché à l' Executive Vice President Finance de la Région.


* Vous encadrerez une équipe de 4 contrôleurs de gestion internationaux et serez en relation avec plus de 40 pays (CFOs, General Managers, ...)
* Vous serez le garant du bon fonctionnement des process financiers de la région sur un périmètre de plus de 2.5 milliards d'euros de ventes

o Consolidation opérationnelle, contrôle et analyse des résultats mensuels
o Coordination du process de forecast et de budget
o Analyse croisée des données (ventes, financières, marché) afin d'établir une stratégie en adéquation avec les attentes de la Direction

* Vous prendrez part à la gestion de projets (acquisitions, restructurations, financements,…)
* Vous développerez et optimiserez les outils de gestion


De formation supérieure en Finance (Université, Ecole de Commerce,…), vous justifiez d'une expérience de huit à dix ans acquise en audit ou controlling avec des responsabilités managériales. Votre expertise financière, votre compréhension des systèmes d'information, votre capacité à comprendre et analyser notre business vous permettront d'être un interlocuteur reconnu auprès des filiales et de la direction de notre siège.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President Finance of the Region


* You will be responsible for a team of 4 international financial controllers and will interact with more than 40 countries (CFOs, General Managers, …)
* You will guarantee efficient execution of the regional financial processes with a scope of over 2.5 billion Euros of Sales:

o operational consolidation, verification and analysis of monthly results
o coordination of budget and forecast process
o cross-analysis of data (sales, financial, market) in order to establish a strategy in accordance with the expectations of Senior Management

* You will take part in the management of various projects (acquisitions, restructuring, financing, etc.)
* You will develop and optimize the financial controlling tools


You have a Business School or equivalent University Degree in Finance and eight to ten years' experience in audit or controlling with managerial responsibilities. Your financial expertise along with your excellent understanding of information systems and your capacity to understand and analyse the business, will enable you to be a recognised speaking partner with our subsidiaries and head office senior management.
You have a desire to work and advance within a dynamic international team, working for a growing business which offers many possibilities for development.

You are proactive with the ability to bring people together, and this, coupled with your technical and operational expertise, will be essential to your success in this role.
