Job description

For the International E-Commerce department we are looking for an intern to assist the Head of Marketplace. At Fnac.be you will join a young international team that works hard to develop the strategy for the further improvement of the website.

Your mission:

·         You know how to enthuse and influence a prospect or interlocutor to work with us through your strong communicative skills.
·         You are responsible for monitoring the performance of our external international sellers (KPI) and for solving various problems between customer and seller.
·         You contact new sellers and help them create their catalogue in our database.
·         You help with the optimization of the "customer experience" on the website.
·         You are result-oriented and succeed in achieving strong results in a goal-oriented and efficient way.
·         You implement KPI's and new features to improve the website/(UX) and measure it.
·         Collaborate with back end developers, translation agencies and customer service
·         Collaborate with the CRM team for newsletters

Your profile:

·         You are curious and like to learn more about the field. You are result oriented and you like to help with the further development of our website.
·         You are commercially oriented, you are open to learning and you are organized and precise.
·         You have communication skills, you show initiative and you are not afraid to call or address people.
·         You know how to function both autonomously and in a team.
·         You like to work with software
·         You speak and write fluently French and good writing in English (Dutch is a big plus).

Our offer:
·         Wage: the amount of the wage depends on your level of education.
·         Transport costs reimbursed for 5/7.
·         Partial lunch allowance (company canteen)
