Faurecia’s VIE Program?
The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Asia Pacific Division is looking for you as a VIE Asia Internal Communications Specialist m/f for our Asia Pacific Division based in Shanghai, China.
Your role and responsibilities?
Integrated within Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) Asia Pacific Division management team, the Asia Internal Communication Specialist is responsible of the development of specific communication actions or tools for the Division in line with the Group strategy.
Your main missions will be to
Develop internal communication materials in line with the internal communication strategy.
Manage internal networks to generate / share news.
Convey through appropriate media a unique and united message to build up a common and consistent Group image and culture.
Support digital communication tools deployment (eg. Wechat, weibo, intranet, social media).
Manage feedback and constant improvement of communication tools and events, and take action to improve.
Organize internal communication events and activities (eg. convention, seminar, and newsletters).
Develop contents (videos, photos, articles) for specific communication tools.
Manage relationship with specific suppliers (translations, design, lay out...).
The Internal Communications Specialist will be based in FCM Asia Pacific Headquarter on Minbei Site. FCM Shanghai Minbei site is located one hour from Shanghai City Center; it regroups FCM Asia Pacific and China Business headquarters, FCM Shanghai Technology Center (D&D Center, Testing, Prototype Shop and Asia Standard Equipment Center). The site hosts more than 600 Faurecians including nationals from more than 10 different countries.
The VIE represents a cultural immersion into local culture. One of the main objectives of the VIE program is to enhance our shared culture “Being Faurecia” on the host site while driving global cultural mindset within in Faurecia’s future Managers and Professionals. Her/His Career Management will be placed under direct supervision of Faurecia Group Talent Acquisition Team based in Faurecia headquarters (Nanterre, France)
The mission will last 12 months (renewable once for additional 12 months by mutual agreement).
Who are you?
2 years of proven professional experience (post Bachelor degree)
Masters’s Degree in Communication, Journalism or Social Sciences
International mind set, overseas experience a plus
Passion for Asian cultures and languages such as Mandarin, Korean, Thai, or Japanese
Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to listen to others
Ability to work in a team within a matrixed organization
Ability to perceive and clearly convey the main ideas of a subject, writing literacy
Fluent English required, French will be a plus
Potential leadership competencies with drive to grow and develop within Faurecia after the VIE
