Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group is looking for a Serial Life Project Leader m/f for its site in Sao Joao Da Madeira, PR.

The Serial Life Project Engineer is in charge of piloting the factories and the support functions (R&D, purchasing, logistic, quality) to implement the modifications and launch new versions requested by the customer. He/ She is responsible to deliver the project at the quality level expected by the customer and ensure profitability of the technical evolutions for the Company. He/ She is the interface between the customers and internal Plants to facilitate the communication and the resolution of blocking points.
The main missions of the role are:
Follow the ECR (Engineering Changes Request):
Centralize client requests (ECR).
Verify the feasibility, Analyze the product/ process impact, estimate the timing plan, obtain the costings and validate them
Forward the economic impacts with the justifications to the sales team
Organize/ Attend meetings with the plants and the customers to Follow the ECR.
Follow and support the VA-VE(product/ process optimization) team’s work
Update ECR/ activity dashboard
Ensure the handover of the files between Programs Phase and Serial Life.
The lenght of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be :
BAC +5 level – Engineering school, with a specialization would be a plus
1st experience in the automotive industry
Experience in leadership and management on transversal projects
Good personal organization, rigorous and autonomous
International mindset
Analytical mindset
Results oriented
Strong written and oral communications skills
Ability to conduct meetings
English mandated
