Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – Mechanism Division is looking for a VIE Customer Quality Engineer for its plant in Walbrzych – Poland.
The VIE is responsible for direct contact with Faurecia Customers in case of quality issues/claims and cooperate directly with UAPs and Central Quality Department.
The main missions are:
Direct contact with Customer to establish actions and implement effective containment actions (support by local Customer Quality Leader)
Cooperation with UAP’s (Autonomous Unit of Production) in case of root cause analysis and implementation of robust actions
Attendance during teleconferences or meetings with Customers (support by Plant Quality Manager/ Customer Quality Leader)
Management of QSS (Quality Steering System)
Support for the local team in case of weekly and monthly reports for Plant Quality Manager/ Plant Manager / Mechanism Division
Support for local team in case of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for new projects and yearly requalification
Verification of corrective actions effectiveness and robustness
7QB (Quality Basics) audits based on Plant standards and schedule

The length of the VIE is 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Master’s degree in Engineering, major in Quality is preferred
A first experience in Mechanical Engineering or in an industrial environment is appreciated
A first experience / basic knowledge about Quality in automotive industry is appreciated
Good communication skills and ability to adapt in a multicultural environment
Teamwork abilities and ability to work under time pressure is highly required
Fluent in English, Polish is a plus
