Description de l'offre

- Manage the day2 day content update on the advertising intranet eva.europcar.com: remove old or expired
photos; upload new photos; update photo rights; approve or decline content uploaded by users; create users;
upload country and/or industry best practices
- Manage the centralised marketing goodies: Search, manage and implement improved, innovative, attractive and
modern advertising merchandising items ("goodies") in line with new brand positioning; deal the unit price with
the supplier/s, update the yearly Global Goodies Catalogue, manage the countries & Group depts. Orders &
follow-up the deliveries/storage/ rebilling processes
- Manage quarterly reviews of best practices & media actions conducted in Europcar countries & among other
travel industry leaders
- Manage quarterly reviews of competitive media presence and competitive loyalty programmes
- Support the Brand Project Mgr in the day2day management of the Group corporate identity (CI) compliance &
follow-up on the provided advertising artwork, stations/locations branding and POS material
- Support the Brand Project Mgr in the management of a dynamic portfolio of Brand Guidelines: Logos, Imagery,
Advertising, Digital, Social, with the relevant communication agencies
- Support the Head of dept in ad-hoc Brand projects
- Support the loyalty-crm managers in new programme function testing phases and other ad-hoc projects

Profil recherché

Previous experience in an international marketing dept is a plus
Education level / certificates: Within or at the end of a Business School degree or Masters programme degree
Languages: English written and spoken fluency is a must, Good level of French is required as well for external relationships
Computer skills and software used: Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential. Photoshop & offline print expertise is a plus
Personal characteristics: Excellent attention to detail, perfectionist, Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, International mindset
