Mission for ESSILOR META (Middle East Turkey Africa)
Overall Purpose of the Role :
- Participate to the project of new organization on the product data center. Manage the access and prepare the roll'out of the regional centralized platform (RCP).
- Guarantee product data availability in the different systems (calculation engine, LMS, ERP) and push standard codifications within META entities (Middle East Turkey Africa).
- Provide data package necessary for the market launch of new products.
- Coordinate new product implementations with the support team at different levels, central and local support teams.
Main responsibilities / Key Accountabilities :
- Answer questions on product data availability to local team, assist the local managers to do the change management.
- Local coordination of the deployment in the sub, support pre and post go-live.
- Give support to technical leaders on product data. Share and push standards codifications adapted to the lab needs.
- Provide on-going support, troubleshooting remotely, organize the trainings.
- Track and help clean non standard products and data.
- Create and update documentation in regards to work scheldules performed.
- Document the tests and responsible of their implementation.
- Ability to prepare reports. Communication to the partner management, AMERA regional management and lab staff.
Profile :
Engineer Profile
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
Proactive attitude to management, support and documentation.
Fluent in English and French, communication abilities.
Strong abilities on SQL and interests in IT systems.
Potential travel in Middle East Turkey Africa region.
