Based in EMTC factory, Ladkrabang, Bangkok, THAILAND, reporting directly to Asia Operations Rx Supply Chain Manager, we offer you a very challenging position that is a springboard for your international career within Essilor.
Context of mission :
EMTC is lens and molds manufacturing, the biggest plant in Asia, which is 100% exporting to worldwide for both mass production and RX production (made to order products).
Within our EMTC plant, based in Bangkok, over 50 Customers connected to Rx Export laboratories in Asia, we offer a very challenging mission: in coordination with the fast moving environment, tight deadlines, products and flow complexity. The incumbent will be in charge of supporting the business needs (frames, transportation, BCP etc…). On top of that, the VIE will be personally in charge of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) , as described below.
Key responsibilities as follow:
Continue the implementation of the Business Continuity Plans, in particular:
- Define the action plans to reach the targeted flexibility of the labs, and report the situation
- Work with the subsidiaries to define precisely their action plan in case of disruption
- Continue to define and implement the processes to sustain the plans
- Coordinate the Business Impact Analysis audits in the labs
Qualification :
- Engineering school – Business school with specialization or first experience in supply chain or project management
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Coordination skills in a multicultural environment
- Negotiation skills
- Good technical understanding
- Fluently in English skill
