The opportunity


Cybersecurity is one of the most significant risks organizations are facing today. Most organizations rely on technology to drive business strategy and growth where systems and processes are increasingly interconnected and automated. As the dependency on technology grows, cyber risks are also increasing for leading companies across all sectors and is therefore a critical senior board-level agenda item. We work closely with other areas within Technology Consulting, such as Data & Analytics and Technology Transformation.

We are looking for skilled individuals to join our cybersecurity team who is passionate about cybersecurity and who wants to be involved in leading and developing EY's services in the area across the Nordic region. EY’s Cybersecurity practice consists of both within the financial sector and the public sector such as health, telecom, and technology We are especially looking for competencies within cloud security, technical project leadership, and IoT/OT.

Your key responsibilities
·  Improve and deliver high qualitative cybersecurity services to our clients.
·  Contribute to proposals and solutions developed with Nordic colleagues to drive and expand our cybersecurity solutions.
·  Develop and create new strong client relationships that enable identification of sales and opportunities. 

Skills and attributes for success
·  Minimum 3 years of professional experience in positions related to manage, design, implementation, maintenance, or support cybersecurity projects.
·  Experience in cybersecurity and privacy.
·  Willingness to develop, build, and lead a team and projects.
·  Entrepreneurship and innovative thinking.
·  Knowledge of the Nordic cybersecurity market.
·  Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and simple way, as well as to inspire and lead others.
·  Experience in working in multinational and multicultural teams.
·  Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish.

Ideally, you will also have
·  Completed technical higher education in the field of information security, industrial automation, computer science, electronics, or relevant.
·  Understanding of aspects of functional safety (SIS).
·  Experience in working with cybersecurity in the financial sector. 
·  Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CEH, OSCP.
·  Experience of relevant regulatory requirements such as Finansinspektionen's regulations, EBA regulations, GDPR, PSD2, CROE, the Security Protection Act, and the NIS Directive
·  Knowledge of standards such as NIST, ISO / IEC 27000, PCI DSS, or similar.
