Job Summary:
· The Service Performance & Adoption team is supporting service adoption efforts and is responsible for performance measurement and reporting of services provided by Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT).
· The ideal candidate for this position is an IT professional that can step into a role of basic data manipulation and query development.
· As a Services Performance Associate, the function will assist the Service Performance and Adoption team in various reporting tasks, such as reviewing trends & metrics to create compelling evidence-based and actionable stories and sharing findings with stakeholders to drive decisions, marketing and improvement efforts.
· Duties include the support of dashboard/Infographic data and maintenance activities.
· The position requires Excel and query skills (preferably SQL) and the candidate must be process and detail oriented.
· This function also requires the ability to work with multi-cultural teams and in a global environment.
Essential Functions of the Job:
· Create and publish service performance metrics, reports and dashboards
· Work with teams to collect and collate data to support service performance metrics
· Develop and run service and KPI reports
· Support the development and maintain dashboards
· Development and integration of infographic data
Creative/Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
· Creative and analytical responsibilities include structural analysis of available data, and reviewing for valid performance metrics.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Technical skills:
· Data manipulation skills
· Superior Excel skills, including the use of vlookup, complex pivot tables and macros, Power Tools a plus
· Experience in data analytics
· Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting data issues/inconsistences
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn firm standard software quickly at a basic level
· Proficient in Windows 10
· Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
· SQL/SSRS skills are a major plus (complex queries, stored procedures and SSIS packages)
· Power BI knowledge is a plus
· Familiarity with Enterprise Technologies

· Function will report to the SPA Performance team specialist. There will be at minimum weekly personal meetings to discuss project initiatives and activities.

Education:
· A degree in Computer Science or related experience
Experience:
· Minimum 1 year related experience in an IT reporting role
· Experience in data manipulation
