Security Architect FY 20

Job description

 

For our EY cyber security consulting team, we are looking for a progressive-minded, innovative Cybersecurity Architect, who can analyze an existing solution, as well as successfully plan and deliver solutions to our customers.

You will be expected to work closely with cybersecurity product managers, cloud security engineering teams, users of Cybersecurity technologies, enterprise architects, developers and operators as well as business users. You will lead initiatives designed to share knowledge across teams, while engaging with other senior technical leaders throughout EY in design and implementation of secured solution.

Review our client’s systems and solutions, analyze their security measures, identify gaps and vulnerabilities, and recommend countermeasures and mitigations.

Work closely with EY technical teams and provide subject matter expertise regarding architecture to assist with other security services solutions.

Plan security solutions for our clients based on their business requirements and specific technologies.

· 
Deliver and oversee cybersecurity projects – identify, evaluate, and remediate potential vulnerabilities, and develop cyber solutions, internal processes.

Areas of Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications

· 
5+ years of experience in Information Security, Development, Engineering

· 
Hands-on technical experience in designing and building a secure application, system, or network.

· 
Knowledge of application security and secure software development practices.

· 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills/

· 
Ability to perform or manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· 
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - advantage

· 
Experience hardening servers and databases and configuring security equipment - advantage

· 
Experience with penetration testing - advantage

· 
Experience securing Kubernetes, Docker containers and cloud environments - advantage

· 
Knowledge of information security standards and frameworks such as OWASP- advantage

· 
Information security certifications (such as CISSP) – advantage
