As Robotic Process Automation Manger you will have an opportunity to act as a thought leader in industry standards such as ERP systems, Analytical Systems, Data Warehouses and through continuous learning use advanced knowledge and skills to propose alternatives to the above mentioned to better supports business needs. You will also have a chance to share leadership directives with peers in the implementation of EY GDS best practices and leverage the work of other departments to promote continuous improvement and cross unit consistencies between departments.


Your key responsibilities:
·  An important part of your role will be to articulate the vision and strategic direction for RPA Advisory division based on current and future Global Advisory directives. Understanding market trends and evolving EY GDS business requirements in Automation Technology. 
·  You will be responsible for development of an in depth and continuous understanding of Automation Solutions Market.
·  An important part of your role will be to direct and approve the analysis and management of effective project deployment in accordance to Agile methodology and maintenance activities.  You will attest the proper governance of quality control escalation and compliance standards for client operational readiness.
·  You will use experience and expertise to manage meetings and discussions on clients enterprise structure required as a result of business complexity or proactively recognize the potential for automation process breaks and compliance issues indicated by variances in expected performance targets and established metrics. 
·  You will be a Partner on cross business impacted discussions across new or evolving clients’ business needs for automation.
·  You will direct and approve the overall design of the performance analytics inclusive of creating/selecting/approving and frequency of collection for the appropriate Critical Success Factors (CSF), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other key metrics that monitor the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
·  Essential part of your role will be to manage direct reports and other team members to the highest level of performance, supervise team’s knowledge management, select and hire top talent, align responsibilities and objectives to abilities and coach performance to achieve success. 
·  You will govern and control budgets inclusive of salaries, purchased services, trainings, travels, etc.

Skills and attributes for success:
·  10-12 years of international experience, especially in business process modelling and oversight as well as in business data processing (such as ERP systems) in a corporate organization.
·  3-5 years of experience in leading highly professional teams.
·  Team leader acumen comfortable working collaboratively with others.
·  Innovative, conceptual and analytical thinking.
·  Results oriented with proven track record of delivering large, complex challenges. 
·  Project Management experienced.
·  Understanding of Business Intelligence, and competitive environment. 
·  Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) concept and possibilities.
·  Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and one of the following: German, French or Spanish. 
 
Nice to have:
·  Experience in IT.
·  Experience in following environments: finance, HR, Procurement, Risk, Assurance, etc.
·  Being certified as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
·  Knowledge of other foreign languages.
