Job description

The Reward team is a part of People Advisory Services in EY and delivers Reward related services mainly to Sweden, but also to other Nordic countries. We are expanding and are now looking for an experienced reward consultant, with strong financial and numerical skills to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. The position will involve varied tasks within Compensation & Benefits, and offers good opportunities for personal and professional development.

The opportunity

Your work will be challenging and stimulating with missions widely spread across companies and industries. We assist our clients in developing compensation policies and practices that are in line with the companies’ strategies and values, and that adhere to the applicable laws and regulations. This involves working on both shorter and longer projects, at times independently and at times as part of a larger team. In your role you will also coach and develop the junior team members.

Your Key responsibility

As a reward consultant you will be expected to drive both sub-projects and within larger projects or processes within the following main areas:

·  Executive reward design
·  Long term incentive design
·  Other executive incentive schemes
·  Reward strategy - including reward policies and remuneration regulations
·  Advice related to the tax treatment of various compensation elements
·  Harmonization of compensation arrangements in connection with mergers and acquisitions

·  Ability to remain calm when under pressure to meet deadlines
·  Ability to work on own initiatives
·  Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work
To qualify for this role you must have
·  A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
·  A Master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance, organization, leadership, HR or informatics
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills inSwedish and English
·  Strong numerical & analytical skills and a genuine interest for financial economy
