GDS & Market Ops summary:

 

Global Delivery Services (GDS) Markets Operations team provides operational and decision-making support to the Business Development leadership and to various Global Markets functions.

Our diverse teams specialize in coordinating Business Development (BD) activities, supporting Go-to-Market projects and providing operational support to the Markets organization. The team is spread across multiple locations around the globe.

 

Business unit specific description – Market Ops – UK&I

 

As part of the Market Operations Enablement Support team, the Analyst would have to handle multiple responsibilities including but not limited to Account operations, CRM operations, Revenue planning, effective PMO role etc. The role requires a comparable work experience in people management, effective communication skills including communication over emails and Skype, aiming to support the business and its leaders, especially Partners and Senior Management, through reporting, data analysis and providing insights with attention to details.

 

Essential deliverables and processes include:

 

Account Operations, CRM Complex queries, System Support (AIR, ARD, MDM, GEMA) 

·  Approval of each Account roles and attributes in ARD/MDM.
·  Raising Service Now tickets whenever needed (User Access Management, Incident Management).
·  Good understanding of CRM functionality.
·  Be the first point of contact in UKI to help users in their requests regarding assistance/issues/changes on Client Prospects, Opportunities, Contacts in CRM tools (ARD, MDM, Interaction).
·  Testing activities for the new CRM’s release.
·  Coordinating the Account structure maintenance activity with account coordination team.

 

Revenue Planning  

·  Coordination and collation of revenue planning inputs from all stakeholders (Regional Revenue Planning Operations Leaders -RPOL's) on pre-defined templates
·  Coordinate and facilitate team meetings acting as the central point of contact for region team/s to ensure appropriate meeting logistics, facilities, agenda and actions
·  Co-ordinate with stakeholders on agreeing timelines for meetings/discussions
·  Facilitating the collection, communication and sharing of business knowledge and best practice across the Region

 

PMO roles 

·  Assist in management of necessary stakeholder-based projects
·  Participate in team meetings (virtual), review items discussed, and act/plan accordingly
·  May help coordinate multi-location engagements, using effective communications
·  Develop strong working relationships with onshore and anticipate onshore needs
·  Capture and share knowledge with key stakeholders, using agreed channels
·  Collect all relevant data/detail through effective liaising with other teams

Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)

 

Experience and qualifications: 

· 
Graduate - (Any)
with 3 to 5 years work experience in professional services industry having exposure to business process management (BPM), consulting, research and/or some corporate strategy

Project Management – Basic knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools
