Education: Any Graduate

As Project Manager, this role will be responsible for acting as a SPOC (single point of contact) for project activities in the Learning Solutions sub function.
·  Plan, schedule, track and manage overall project execution of multiple concurrent projects
·  Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality etc.
·  Analyse and manage stakeholder expectations and work with key client groups
·  Effective risk management
·  Identify process and product improvement opportunities
·  Successful project issue resolution (internal and external)
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
·  Manage project billing, utilization, and resource allocation

Manage project teams effectively and get the best out of them

·  Experience in concurrently managing multiple short-duration projects
·  Good analytical, and people management skills
·  Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.

Ability to foresee challenges and develop plans to mitigate them.

·  Strong awareness of developments in technology and learning
·  Proficient in client expectation management
·  Exposure to working with international clients is important

Knowledge in creating dashboards for management’s review and ability to explain data in simple, lucid style.

Experience :
·  Ability to communicate across organizations and with various levels of management
·  Project Management experience in IT/ e-learning/ or related industries
·  Knowledge of e-learning development life cycle
·  A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Well-versed with Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools
·  At least 6-8 years of experience in project Management experience in IT
·  At least 3-4 years of Project Management experience in e-learning and content development
