(Junior) Business Analysts – Banking & Insurance (fluent in French / Dutch)

Job description

The matters we cover

Business & solution architecture, business process design for the digitization of core banking and insurance processes, digital transformation, project / program management, business and IT alignment of digital driven business initiatives, design & improvement of digital operating models, etc.

As a (Junior) Business Analyst at EY Financial Services, you will:
·  Work on process improvement projects in the financial sector
·  Share your knowledge and experience in various domains, depending on your area of expertise
·  Coordinate business/IT alignment on technology driven business initiatives
·  Use your analytical skills in order to capture and specify business requirements
·  Enhance your technical knowledge, as well as your soft skills, and get familiar with the EY way of working
·  Interact with your colleagues on international level, and participate in attractive learning programs and  technical trainings.

As our new colleague in consulting, you will need:
·  Master degree in a relevant field
·  Relevant professional experience (between 1– 3years), either in consulting, and / or in the financial sector
·  An excellent knowledge of business English, and a solid level of French and/or Dutch
·  Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
·  Eagerness to learn more about the Banking and Insurance industry in Belgium and beyond
·  Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
·  Solid communication and presentation skills.

Moreover, the following are welcome
·  A particular interest in working for the financial industry
·  Certifications such as Agile, ITIL, Scrum, or other Project Management methodologies.
