IT Advisor, PI - IT Advisory (SAP - SCM-Planning) (Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Jose, CA.

IT Advisor, IT Advisory, Performance Improvement, (SAP – Supply Chain Management - Planning) (Manager)(Multiple Positions) Advise clients on Information Technology solutions to bridge the gap between business and IT. Focus on providing one stop solutions for end-to-end project implementation enabled by SAP products. Advise on the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages for business solutions. Analyze client requirements, procedures, and problems to develop the right solution to maximize efficiencies in the Supply Chain, while leveraging the capabilities of SAP Supply Chain Management digital modules including, APO, SAP IBP, S4 on HANA and integration between these systems from a technical and business process standpoint. Use proven methodologies, tools and accelerators to support program implementation including an agile rapid deployment approach. Incorporate a collaborative working style to leverage business-led, process-based and technology enabled eco-system. Use planning specific implementation methodologies to support successful deployment and integration of a planning solution Provide service offerings covering program management, assessment and reviews, and data management capabilities. Also assist clients with various industry specific best practices, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business process and organization related thought leadership to benefit from technology implementations. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities and assist with Point of views to differentiate solutions in the marketplace.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or Operations or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or Operations or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience. Must have 4 years of functional and technical experience with 1) SAP APO and SAP IBP; or 2) S4 on HANA

 

Must have 4 years of experience in providing advisory services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end solutions in SAP.

 

Must have 2 years of combined functional and technical experience with SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP PP, including S4 cloud capabilities, Advanced ATP, Manufacturing and Materials Management Must have 1 year of project management experience, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance.

 

Must have 4 years of technical and business process integration experience between APO, SAP IBP and S4 on HANA systems.

 

Must have 2 years of experience managing advisory or consulting teams on SAP Supply Chain Planning engagements.

 

Must have 1 year of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.

 

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
