Job description

IAM specilist - OIM is responsible to maintain and operate EY's Global Account Provisioning platforms in an efficient, secure manner. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing L3 support services for technologies including Forefront Identity Management (FIM), Oracle Identity Manager, Imanami Group ID, and other supporting technologies. This individual will utilize their expertise to help facilitate changes for products throughout different environments that currently exist, or will be deployed. The focus will be on following standards, policy, process and documentation, drawing on team-building abilities and understanding of current GAP requirements. Having a keen ability to empathize and comprehend cultural differences will help smooth the way towards building an effective global GAP organization. They will also rely on relationships with Global Information Security and Security Operations to ensure security compliance is maintained to protect the EY Brand.

·  Interact with IT Services staff from all over the world.
·  Collaborate with colleagues in other regions and countries.
·  Work with L2 and L1 Teams to address issues within established Service Level Agreements.
·  Escalate to Vendors and L4 as needed.
·  Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
·  Collaborate with IT Services operations, IT Solutions Delivery and IT Strategy teams to ensure technical project specifications meet GAP functional requirements.
·  Work closely with Service Transition to ensure GAP service documentation, knowledge materials, monitoring requirements and support structures are in place and updated as appropriate.
·  Work with Change Management team to ensure product changes are appropriately communicated, documented and approved.
·  Work closely with IT Service Management, IT Solutions and IT Operations Support teams to establish administration and operation support processes in collaboration with appropriate groups.
·  Periodically review and update global process documentation and knowledge materials.
·  Generate service metrics to determine areas for product and support improvements.
·  Communicate updates regarding supported projects, initiatives, developments and status to GAP Team and Leadership
·  Work with the Disaster Recovery Planning & Testing team to assess, build, deploy and maintain the disaster recovery plan for services.
·  Collaborate with Global Information Security and Security Operations to ensure supported services comply with Code of Connection and any external security audits. 

 

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience

Experience:

·  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Systems in a related role, with tangible, relevant, and demonstrated operation experience with Identity Management Solutions

Certification Requirements:

·  ITIL Foundation  Certification
