HR Associate with Dutch
Desired profile
Requirements:
· Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
· Customer orientation and good communication skills
· Excellent organization skills
· Very good knowledge of Excel
· Commitment and constant learning abilities
· Self-reliant, flexible and positive attitude as well as willingness to adapt to changes
· Ability to work in a team
· Problem solving skills
· One year experience of working in a shared services or HR environment would be an asset
You will be responsible for:
· Administration of all EY employees data (new hire, termination, preparing contracts)
· Performing tasks with full compliance to country specifics, rules, procedures and with highest attention to time and quality standards
· Supporting various HR related queries via email and phone
· Adherence to security, privacy and confidentiality of EY employees personal data
· Maintain very good, strong and professional relationship with customers, team members and superiors
