Position Summary:

The incumbent must have worked in a Process improvement and transformation role; with strong exposure on BPMS creating and implementing end to end process documentation. Total of 5 to 8 years of experience out of which at least 5 years in process mapping, documentation and standardisation. Ability to execute process improvement projects at client location, very good presentation and interpersonal skills. Should possess knowledge on IBM blue works and MS Visio Can be either from a Finance background or CA/Engineer / MBA. Black Belt Trained/Certified Black belt from a company that has implemented transformation in a framework model.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

·  Ability to handle high process improvement projects at client location
·  Should possess excellent experience in understanding and mapping process at L1, L2, L3 and L4 levels with the help of IBM Blue works and Visio                                 
·  Responsibility to conduct Time and motion study, benchmark the process and identify opportunity to standardise it
·  Support on process re-design and program management to respective managers/senior managers
·  Process mapping – ability to understand the process and map the same (both AS IS and TO BE)
·  Exposure in working on IBM blue works and MS Visio

Total Experience between 5 – 8 years for Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager ,relevant experience 5 years

Competencies / Skills:

Hands-on experience in IBM Blue works, Visio, etc.     

Mentoring & experience in creating, reviewing & closure of projects                               

Facilitating sessions and meetings                            

Above average Training skillsin conducting workshops

Influencing skills & consultative skills          

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills    

Presenting data, sharing analysis and getting concurrence from stakeholders on actions (for assigned processes)     

Willingness& quick to learn new processes

Should have taken part in Continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN) and other Quality related initiatives to spread the quality awareness

Must to have skills   


·  Experience of having done BPMS or trained on BPMS (Business Process Management System)
·  Creating end to end process documentation from L1 to L4
·  Process Mapping
·  Self-starter who can work independently, displays initiative and is a problem solver
·  Usage of IBM Blue works and MS Visio

Nice to have skills

·  Project Management skills (from a PMP perspective)
·  Worked as Quality expert in operations, HR, Finance, IT, etc
·  Experience at a MNC / Service industry preferably with a captive centre of a corporate bank, Third party BPO


·  CA / BE / MBA
