Our Financial Services Organization (FSO) is an industry-focused business unit that provides a broad range of integrated services to financial institutions and other capital markets participants. Within the FSO, our Automation offering provides core technology transformation and technology strategy enablement, focusing on digital process automation, robotics and the Internet of Things. As part of this collaborative team, you’ll join a number of talented individuals who have deep industry, product and client knowledge.

The opportunity:

As an Associate Analyst, you’ll be based at our newly opened Service Delivery Center in Alpharetta, GA, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced Advisory professionals. We deliver project-based work and managed services to our US-based Financial Services clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team where you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design and delivery of various applications. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities.

What to expect:

During your introductory training we’ll help you to develop your technical and soft skills to support your career, so you can learn emerging technology and be empowered to jump right in. You’re likely to balance your time between robotics technology solutions and software and application development. It’s all about interpreting business and technical requirements, as well as executing analysis and delivery activities, across the customer’s organization. As part of that, you’ll need to be a logical thinker and have an active passion for learning and being challenged.

Your key responsibilities:

Participating in all delivery phases, including, inception, elaboration, construction and transition

Developing requirements specifications and design documents

Creating use cases for business process flows

Conducting unit tests and undertaking analyses of results to confirm that developed code meets requirements

Supporting the Senior Architect/Manager in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the Automation organization

To qualify for the role you must have:

A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems or related technology majors, or related field preferred

A genuine interest in software configuration, development, workflow and process design, analysis and quality assurance

Proficiency in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems, a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, and skill in SQL, .NET, C#, AngularJS and jQuery

Experience with analyzing and solving problems of a complex nature and working with business, management and technology concepts

Demonstrated project management, teaming, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

A driver’s license valid in the US
