EY Japan – Entry for “EY Corporate Finance Women of the Year (CFWY) Competition”
 
EYは大学や大学院を卒業予定の優秀な女子学生の皆さまに向けて、世界16か国のEYにおいて、”EY Corporate Finance Women of the Year (CFWY)”を実施します。私たちEYは、目的意識を持ち、コーポレートファイナンスの世界においてインパクトあることを成し遂げ、より良い世界を私たちとともに創造したいと考える、意欲ある女性を求めています。

CFWY Competitionでは、国際的な環境下における複雑なビジネス課題に取り組んでいただき、あなた自身のコーポレートファイナンスの世界におけるキャリアをスタートするきっかけを提供します。加えて、CFWY Competitionは、

·  コンサルティングにおけるキャリアを具体化するためのネットワークづくりの機会を提供します。
·  EY Transaction Advisory Services　（EYTAS）での業務体験ができるとともに、当社で活躍する女性社員から、様々なキャリアや経験について学んでいただけます。
·  また、EYTASのダイバーシティ豊かでハイパフォーミングなチームが、どのようにクライアントサービスを提供しているか知っていただくことができます。 

CFWY Competitionは各国で開催するワークショップからスタートします。ワークショップでは、皆さんの想像力を働かせながら複雑な課題に取り組み、問題解決を目指していただきます。個人ワークのみならずグループワークもあり、チームへの貢献が求められます。

 

各国のワークショップで入賞した方には国際的な機会をご用意しています。特に、1位になられた方は、世界16カ国のファイナリスト達とともに、2019年2月に英国（ロンドン）で開催されるグローバルファイナルに招かれ、EYのクライアントに対する課題解決に取り組んでいただきます。最終日の夜には、EYグローバルのエグゼクティブも参加する華やかなパーティが開催され、2019年EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Yearグローバルの入賞者を発表します。

 

グローバルの入賞者には、EYTASの複数の国や地域を跨ぐ、約1か月のインターンシップの機会が提供され、クライアントがよりよい社会の構築をするためにサポートするEYTASのチームの一員として、プロフェッショナルとしての体験をしていただきます。（すべての旅費や経費はEYがお支払いします。）

ご応募はオンラインで受け付けています。個人情報のご登録後、履歴書（日本語＆英語）のご提出、およびオンラインでの質問にお答えください。なお、エッセイ（設問に対する長文の回答）は日本語、英語いずれでもかまいません。

EY invites you to take part in our global competition, “EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year (CFWY)”, which takes place in 16 countries around the world. A competition like no other, we seek women who want the opportunity to do something with purpose, to make an impact in corporate finance to make the world work better for all.

Enter the CFWY competition and you’ll be challenged to create innovative solutions to address pressing business issues in the international environment, as well as begin your career journey in corporate finance. The competition also offers you a chance to:

·  Build a network of contacts who can help to drive your consulting career forward
·  Learn about the different career experiences in Transaction Advisory Services
·  Discover how our diverse, highest performing teams deliver exceptional client services

The first phase of the competition takes place at a country level. We will challenge your ability to think critically and to come up with creative solutions for complex problems. You will undertake both group and individual challenges, to give you the opportunity to demonstrate how you can contribute to a high-performing team.

 

Country winners will be flown to London to represent their country at the global final in February 2019. Finalists will work together to solve problems for a real client, culminating in an evening of celebration where we will announce the 2019 EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year.

 

The global winner will embark on an all-expenses-paid once-in-a-lifetime EY internship. The month-long experience will take them across the globe to work with EY TAS teams in multiple locations as they help clients build a better working world.

 



Please apply online. You must submit your CVs (in English & Japanese) and answers to a set of questions including 2 essays. You can write your essays either in English or Japanese whichever you prefer.

<応募条件＞

·  日本に住居を持つ方（日本国籍・永住者・長期滞在者・留学生などを含む）
·  現在、4年制大学・大学院に在籍し、 2019年夏～2020年夏に 学位取得予定の方
·  学部・学科不問（経済、商学、会計、ファイナンス、数学、理工学　歓迎）
·  ビジネスレベルの日本語力・英語力が好ましい



·  Permanent resident in [Japan] or international student studying in [Japan]
·  Registered as a full-time undergraduateor graduatestudent to graduate between Summer 2019 and Summer 2020.
·  All majors are welcome. However, preferably majoring in Economics, Business Econ., Accounting, Finance, Math, and Engineering.
