Job description



Position summary

The EY GDS Assurance MISF and strategy staff will work with various operations teams (MIS&F / Reporting, strategy & communications and talent) to support team in effective and efficient management of internal and external stakeholder requirements. He or she will act as integral part of the team to enable preparation of periodic report outs of MIS and Finance functions across all Assurance areas and regions. In addition, the staff will also be involved in providing round the year assistance on all GDS Assurance PPEDD enablement (strategic projects) and SSL / Initiative specific needs internal to GDS Assurance.

 

Principle objectives

·  Understand and perform widespread operations reporting which includes reports specific to the following work streams – Finance, Growth and Planning, Service Delivery and People
·  Enable socialization initiatives for building an enhanced EY GDS Assurance brand (e.g., roadshows and leadership visits)
·  Enable socialization for general operations, including training, reporting, EM and QRM (e.g., internal mailers, presentation decks)
·  Drive talent communication requirements (for initiatives such as campus hiring, soft skill sessions and counselling family meetings)
·  Development of collaterals for projects that are focused on building the EY GDS Assurance brand among the student community and experienced professionals, through digital and conventional platform
·  Liaise with multiple stakeholders from service delivery, general operations and talent to contribute to completion of team projects

Knowledge and skill requirements

·  High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT), and basic know how about Spotfire/Tableau/Power BI, SQL
·  Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
·  High analytical and secondary research skills (prior experience preferred)
·  Comfort with group/public speaking
·  Basic project management skills
·  Proficient in critical reasoning and problem solving
