Experienced Management Consultants within Customer Management & Strategic Direction in Malmö

Job description

We are currently looking to strengthen our Customer Management & Strategic Direction team with experienced management consultants within our Advisory Services. We are looking for persons with relevant experience within Strategy, Digitalization, Data Analytics or Customer Journey and Service Design. If you have previously worked within one or more of the fields, enjoy professional challenges, have a commercial mindset and match the qualifications – we want you to reach out to us! The right candidates will be given an opportunity to use her/his previous work experience, network and professional knowledge and skills to further strengthen our market solutions and offerings.

At Customer Management & Strategic Direction, we help our clients with the following:
·  Company and Business Unit Strategy
·  Customer Insight and Analytics
·  Digitalization Strategy
·  Customer Journey and Service Design
·  Pricing Strategy
·  Strategic Profit Optimization
·  Shareholder Value Analysis
 
The role
Expanding our team means that there are many exciting roles to fill. You will get the opportunity to lead business pursuits and contribute to growth within the field of Customer & Strategy. As a member of our team you will be a crucial part of delivering value to EY clients by assuring high quality deliverables as well as developing our solutions and offerings. Experienced hires will be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with strong core management consulting skills and presentations skills. Having an analytical mindset and being structured is a requirement. Overall you need to have a business mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain relationships externally and internally. You should have an ambition to take a leading role and drive our business forward.

The roles requires following background:
·  Relevant Master Education with strong academic results (Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent)
·  3-12 years of relevant experience, either as a management consultant or within relevant fields or industries linked to our Customer & Strategy offerings
·  Excellent oral and written skills in English. Swedish is preferable
