The opportunity

 

We are looking to grow our Delivery HR Practice by hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect who will play a crucial role in building out our ServiceNow capabilities and assisting with sales campaigns. You will play an integral role in driving solutions for a growing collection of key clients.

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities

 

·  Design and manage overall technology architecture of ServiceNow
·  Interpret customer needs, presents design concepts, and effectively communicate with project teams
·  Create and interpret journey maps, page flows, interactive task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs mock-ups
·  Maintain technology standards and roadmap
·  Develop and drive standard methods, tools across EMEIA
·  Estimate project timelines
·  Delivering sales campaigns
·  Support delivery oversight
·  QA

Skills and attributes for success

·    At least 5 years relevant experience performing in a similar capacity
·  Be an experienced ServiceNow technical/functional Architect
·  Proven sales support experience with a successful delivery track record
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing and with conference-level presentation skills a plus

·  Self-motivation with ability to work in a virtual environment is a must
·  Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different service lines and personalities delivering exceptional client service
