CBS - Executive Management - Resource Management Administrator

Responsibilities
·  Be responsible for resource management in assurance audit group to insure the staff normal working utility
·  Actively manage resource capacity. Identifies resource excess/shortage , ensure that resource management presents an accurate forecast of excess capacity or resource needs
·  Work closely with resource manager on staff scheduling, staff time booking to provide analysis of group management information.
·  Build strong networks with other groups resource administrator

Requirements
·  Bachelor Degree or above with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Prefers candidate with big 4 or Professional Firm experience
·  Excellent people skill and communication skill
·  Demonstrate ability to work both independently and team work
·  Good analytical skills and strong Excel skill
·  Able to work under the pressure, ability on time control and attention to detail
·  Good command of spoken and written English
