The opportunity
In a time of new business channels, access to business systems is a key concern for financial services companies. A strong Identity and Access Management policy ensures that both the financial institutions’, as well as their clients’ information, is properly protected.
In order to respond to the specific needs of the financial sector, we are growing our Cyber Security team, and we have opportunities for Identity and Access management consultants who:
·  have relevant experience in Identity and Access management (business or IT side)
·  wish to share their passion for information security and protection of business information systems
·  are eager to work on diverse projects in banking, insurance or asset management.

As an Identity and Access Management consultant at EY, you will :
·  Define IAM Strategies
·  Take a leading role in IAM transformation programs
·  Translate business needs into access requirements and access models
·  Review Access Controls

In order to join us as a new colleague you need:
·  3 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in Access Management and Security, ideally with exposure to consulting
·  Understanding of functional analysis and role-based Access Management
·  Good communication and analytical skills
·  An excellent knowledge of business English and good comprehension of French and/or Dutch
·  A Master degree in IT or information management  is a plus, but we are open to diverse backgrounds
·  Knowledge of IAM tools is a nice to have.
