We are looking for senior Corporate Finance professionals across levels (Assistant Directors, Directors & Associate Partner) to join our Real Estate Corporate Finance team.

The opportunity

Our Real Estate Corporate Finance team has 15 dedicated real estate finance professionals including real estate investment bankers, surveyors, financial modellers and accountants providing us with a deep and varied pool of skills to assist our clients across a wide range of their corporate finance requirements. Our reputation is built on innovation and collaboration, combining deep real estate sector knowledge with a practical, market focussed approach to transactions. The team’s core services comprise:

·  M&A
·  Strategic Advice
·  Capital Raising
We combine our sector expertise with our in-depth knowledge of transaction structures and financial instruments to advise clients on a range of situations and at all levels of the capital structure. We help clients in the real estate, leisure and construction sectors and are looking to build our Senior team..

Your key responsibilities

In your role in the Real Estate Corporate Finance team you will have responsibility for:
·  Identifying potential transactions and clients
·  Developing and managing client relationships
·  Winning and delivering transactions
·  Leading small client-focused teams of 2 or 3 providing advice to clients.
·  Managing, supporting and developing junior team members
·  As part of the senior team, play a role in the management and strategic decisions of the business

To qualify for the role you will have

·  Experience of leading real estate and/or corporate finance transactions
·  Good understanding of the real estate market
