Job description



The opportunity

We are currently seeking an Account coordinator for our larger indigenous and multinational clients including provision of administrative services to a portfolio of Senior Managers within the Assurance Service Line

Your key responsibilities

Ø Coordination activities with clients/EY global teams as agreed with Senior Managers on our larger indigenous and multinational clients

Ø Proactively manage a portfolio made up of Senior Managers by assisting them in a number of administrative tasks, including assistance for some key global accounts in our office

Ø Communication (when requested) with various teams across the EY network

Ø  Organise internal and external meetings and events and all related logistics and liaise with the BSC (Business Support Centre) as appropriate.

Ø Prepare fee invoices/bills and liaise with managers for review and sign off.

Ø General Admin through the firm’s internal systems

Ø Prepare expense claim submissions for Senior Managers

Ø  Code invoices in preparation for authorisation

Ø Coordinate other ad-hoc administration tasks e.g. filing, photocopying, document binding, proof-reading letters

Ø Proactively build and develop internal and external networks of contacts and build knowledge of key business matters in order to effectively identify and screen priorities.

Ø Anticipate Senior managers priorities in order to take ownership  of queries and to proactively respond/action

Skills and attributes for success

Ø  Good organisation skills are very important (in supporting Senior Managers across our largest key accounts)

Ø A diligent proactive individual who works well on own and within a team.

Ø Strong communication skills

 

To qualify for the role you must have

Ø Good knowledge of Excel, Word and MS Outlook  

Ø  Some financial statement/accounts experience would be helpful
