Job Summary

The Support Engineer is responsible for handling problems that have been reported by customers or other Ericsson support organizations.

Responsibilities:

·  Working with customers to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
·  Logging and keeping records of customer queries
·  Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
·  Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves
·  Working with field 3PPP engineers to visit customers if the problem is more serious
·  Testing and fixing faulty equipment.

Experience Requirements:

·  University degree in electronic / telecommunication engineering, computer science
·  Minimum 3 years of experience with preferred hands on delivery experience in SI solutions like Management Information Systems, IT solutions, security solutions, enterprise solutions or equivalent experience
·  Excellent in Win2012 administration and knowledge on VM Ware platform
·  Strong IP network competence (IP Network design, IP Works, IP security, Microsoft certification path)
·  Protocol knowledge like TCP/IP, SIP, SNMP etc.
·  Good understanding of high availability environments, MS cluster knowledge
·  Experience with Database (MS SQL)
·  Experience in Backup environments
·  Good capability to establish relationship with customers, flexibility, open & sales oriented mindset and challenge spirits
·  Firm, bright and cooperative person who can drive changes and improvement
·  Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
·  Slovak Language
·  Driving license “B“ is mandatory.
