Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager, are you interested? As a Service Delivery Manager, you accelerate service delivery, efficiency, and performance within and between operations in the Regions, Global Service Centers and Global Competence Hubs to build an environment that supports global efficiency and profitable growth. In this role, you will drive the delivery effort to make their work more efficient through adequate delivery tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & KPIs, job roles, competence models. You will support, deployment programs and common structures. You will also identify and execute improvements within the global service delivery organization. Additionally, you will secure close partnership within the Regions, Global Service Centers and Global Competence Hubs and Business Units, to upgrade competence and Knowledge Management practices.

This role will report to the Head of Business Operations and be the single point of contact from Business Operations to the Regions.

Responsibilities include:

·  Single point of contact supporting the RVP and the regional leadership team ensuring efficient, successful, and profitable operations.
·  Develop close working relationship with the region and other supporting organizations; ensuring optimum interaction, knowledge of regional business, and superior customer satisfaction.
·  Execution lead for the regional monthly headcount walk forward and quarterly resource management forecasting in alignment with Financial forecast and affordability model
·  Owner of the regional business plan and consolidation in support of quarterly MANA and BA headcount alignment meetings. Business plans are the consolidation and alignment of the bottom’s up resourcing plans and the top’s down affordability in align with quarterly forecast.
·  Provide the region with Financial support in alignment with Finance; which could include, annual budgets, labor rates, utilization, regional profitability, and business cases.
·  Support the region in resource fulfillment, requisitions, headcount management and approval.
·  Ensure that the business is operating within its targets, financial expectations, targeted pyramid, and span of control.
·  Support the region with HRMS data quality in association to job role, positions, and other data management.
·  Support and/or drive business transformation, cost improvements, and operational excellence as aligned with the region and other supporting organizations
·  Support the region in the preparation and consolidation of LT presentations, MBR, and other relevant key messages to leadership and employees.
·  Grab, run, and handover all issues that arise for the region that lack ownership ensuring that nothing goes unaddressed.
·  Work with peers in Business Operations to ensure consistent, improved, and efficient ways of working.
·  Be a thought leader to the region, challenging, and guiding them towards success.
·  Be empowered to drive change, to be different, and to make a lasting difference.
·  Provide superior business analytics, operational improvement ideas, and transformation support to the region.
·  Support the growth and expansion of the MANA Networks Add-on-Sales Initiative in the region.
·  Support the usage and completeness of CAST (or replacement tool) data for the region.
·  Support and/or drive cost/spend reductions for the regions; including, facilities, cell phone, travel, and IT.
·  Support the RVP in successful execution of key KPI measurements.

The ideal candidate will possess the below competencies and capabilities.

·  Understanding the build and field services business for Ericsson with 5-10 years of Industry experience and a minimum of 3 years of Ericsson experience
·  Understanding of PMI principals and the ability to run internal projects
·  Understanding of project flows and establishment as work flows from the customer through SAP, order desk, supply, etc…
·  Strong Financial and business acumen and experience in resource planning
·  Proven analytical and Excel skills
·  Driven decision making and through leadership abilities
·  Ability to work well with cross-functional teams with strong conflict resolution skills
·  Working flexible hours, travel up to 50% with potential relocation

Key Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CIS, MIS or CS required
·  7+ years of experience in Project Management w/ Financial acumen
·  Domain experience: (Recruiter to supply area of expertise – e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
·  You possess at least 2 years of Service Delivery experience.
·  Prior Knowledge of Sales Processes
