Job Description:

The candidate will be involved in Agile development team work of Ericsson Radio Transport product.

The successful candidate will work closely with PL, APO and cross functional teams to understand the product requirements and get effectively involved in all aspects of design document and implementation specification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·  Working with all placeholders to understand system/feature requirements and behavior
·  Working with team to make a plan for the team to deliver the milestones and goals
·  Feature related documents (MRS/ERS) writing and reviewing
·  Participate in technical reviews for own or others work
·  Ensure that the product meets the specifications
·  Working with cross functional teams to identify quality risk in time to assure the project schedule and quality goals are met

Job Qualification

·  Strong software design or testing background in network transport, Switch/Router products
·  Good understanding on embedded SW platforms and frameworks
·  Experience in SW Development of L2/L3 Ethernet Switches or Routers
·  Familiar with Linux/Unix Kernel OS, BSP, driver, chassis management, fault management, OAM, Netconf,
·  Good understanding of below L2/L3 protocols: Ethernet, MPLS, or IP, experience with below technical areas would be a plus
·  L2 development (Bridging, VLAN)
·  L3 development (IPv4, IPv6, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, ISIS)
·  MPLS development (LDP, RSVP, L2VPN, L3VPN, FRR, MBB)
·  IPSec
·  Experience on Broadcom switch chip is a plus
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
·  Working knowledge of Agile and Streamline software development methodologies
·  Strong team player, solid work ethic, having a passion to meet and exceed in assigned tasks and to deliver on time
