Résumé du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste des opérations de deuxième niveau qui sera responsable de la coordination, de la gestion et de l'exécution des activités de maintenance proactive et réactive qui nécessitent un niveau de soutien supérieur à celui offert par les opérations de 1er niveau. Il s'agit de faire en sorte que les services fournis aux clients soient toujours disponibles et que leur exécution soit conforme aux niveaux de performance du contrat de prestation de service.

Plus spécifiquement, l'outil CSDP - Customer Support Delivery Platform à prendre en charge fonctionne dans un environnement cloud et consiste en des microservices fonctionnant dans des conteneurs Docker et orchestrés avec Kubernetes.

Conditions minimales de qualification et d'expérience :

·  Bachelor en ingénierie (informatique, télécom) ou
·  0 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le déploiement d'un système de test et d'une équipe de tests.

Qualifications et expérience souhaitées :

·  Linux et administration de base de données relationnelle
·  Compétences en matière de résolution des problème et de dépannage
·  Bonnes capacités de communication.
·  Conscience des coûts

·  Support client et / ou intégration système
·  Sens du service client
