Job Purpose:

In this role you will achieve and maintain a high quality level of the 3G / 2G Radio Network Services and ensure high quality performance on all technical activities. And the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Provide effective technical support and continually seek for quality improvements within the Mobile Network Optimization project for multi vendors

Major Responsibilities:

·  Monitoring and analysis the network KPIs on daily basis.
·  Achieve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted KPIs
·  Analysis the system features and parameters to optimize the network performance
·  Worst cell analysis for voice and data KPIs
·  Analysis and provide solution for customer complaint
·  Provide the optimization solution and suggestion to improve the network quality
·  Co-ordinate with drive test team to keep the drive test plan on track
·  Analysis the drive test result and solve the network issues
·  Interface with customer in RNO meeting.

Qualifications:

·  University degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science from any Reputed University.
·  Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in an operations/ services/ technology/ optimization environment, with previous experience in managing a network operations organization;
·  Good knowledge of the cellular system concept and Ericsson 2G and 3G products
·  Subject matter expertise on operator network and understanding;
·  Customer orientation with excellent understanding of service providers / operators business requirements - be able to create true client value;
·  Detail knowledge of network performance techniques, especially in relation to cellular networks.
·  A detailed knowledge of Ericsson's existing and future product/services portfolio, roadmap information and system integration practices
·  Sense of urgency with quality as a key deliverable;
·  Skilful application of management information systems to the unit operations;
·  Extensive experience with the interpretation of quality indicators to detect weaknesses in the units operations and implement corrective action
·  Independent, self-motivated, and well organised with an analytical mind.
·  Excellent Team Player
