Job Title: External Workforce Resource Specialist GFFI FCBS Purchase to Pay Procurement Services Job stage 4

Department Overview:

Procurement Services is a unit within GFFI FCBS Purchase to Pay. The mission is to build on the Group Function mandate to deliver procurement services and support globally, at the highest quality and lowest cost, contributing to supporting and controlling the lowest spend possible. Procurement Services secures a seamless and smooth centralized procurement flow with a positive impact on the overall Purchase to Pay across Ericsson.

Job Summary:

The purpose of the role is to proactively and reactively support and manage End to End EWM Hiring.

Manages the successful resourcing of headcount approved positions through the engagement of ARP,ASP and SOW to provide suitable candidates. Acts as single point of contact between the hiring manager and suppliers. Manages the performance of suppliers to ensure they provide a superlative service. Provides information to the business on their use of contractors and spend.

Responsibilities:

Receives headcount approvals and contacts line managers to discuss specifics of their requirements for contractor resources

Advertises roles to suppliers based on information received from the line manager. Receives CVs, logs them and passes onto line manager for review.

When successful candidate is chosen, liaises with local Sourcing to agree rate, and confirms all details (rate, start date, location etc.) back to supplier so the contractors can start.

Manages resourcing process to ensure only preferred suppliers are utilised and all contractors are engaged through the External Workforce Management.

Manages operational governance of suppliers to ensure processes are adhered to and performance of suppliers is monitored and improved if necessary.

Provides reporting information to the business to show how many contractors they have, what the rates are, monthly spend etc.

Works with line managers to ensure all processes with regard to the management of contractors are followed to ensure Ericsson does not take on any employment liability for them

Provides input to Head of External Workforce Management with regard to improvement of processes.

Technical Competencies (Essential and Desirable)

·  Must have the ability to generate meaningful information from a mass of data
·  Must have strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
·  Should have experience of supplier management
·  Should have experience in Hiring for both technical and non-technical skills
·  Graduation in HR

Behavioral competencies:

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Must be assertive and have the ability to manage difficult suppliers and internal customers.
·  Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks which sometimes conflict. Must be organised.
·  Strong negotiation skills
·  Must be able to work on own initiative with the minimum of direction
·  Must be able to work as part of a team
