Job description

Job Objective:

Be responsible for Radio Unit hardware design and corresponding verifications. You should give proper radio HW solution which could be radio transceiver, power amplifier, DC power supply, digital, as well as signal integration simulation. You should prepare schematic and ensure the layout quality. Generally speaking, you will be involved and responsible for one of the electrical functions hardware design in a radio unit.

Responsibilities:

·  Hardware design for dedicated hardware unit, such as radio unit.
·  Developing and verification for High Quality Products
·  Perform Trouble Shooting during higher level system integration
·  Drive Continuous Improvements of radio hardware design technology

Qualification & Requirement (General):

·  Minimum master degree in relevant majors
·  Good knowledge of wireless communication
·  Good communication skill
·  English reading and writing is mandatory and oral English shall be fairly good
·  Responsible and professional in team

Qualification & Requirement (TRX Design):

·  Good radio knowledge in wireless radio transceiver
·  Good knowledge with radio design software for necessary simulations, such as ADS etc.
·  Skilled with radio test related instruments, such as signal generator, signal spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.

Qualification & Requirement (Power amplifier design):

·  Good knowledge with radio design software for necessary simulations, such as ADS etc.
·  Good knowledge with high power level and high efficiency power amplifier design
·  Skilled with radio test related instruments, such as signal generator, signal spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.

Qualification & Requirement (Digital design):

·  Good knowledge with FPGA/DSP/SDRAM/FLASH hardware design
·  Good knowledge with optical transmission/Ethernet/POE hardware design
·  Good knowledge with high speed signal integrity simulation is a plus
·  Skilled with oscilloscope for digital test

Qualification & Requirement (Power supply Design):

·  Knowledge with power design of electronic devices
·  Knowledge with DC/DC Converters design
·  Knowledge with EMC design and verifications*LI-POST
