Job Summary

As a Customer Marketing Manager (engagements), you will be supporting with customer engagement activities in order to create impactful customer experiences for multiple accounts. You will coordinate with the sales organization to know the ongoing business and capture information about new business opportunities ensuring leads generation for a sustainable growth.

Responsibilities & Tasks

·  Activate customer engagements for impactful customer experiences for the multiple accounts, including support the execution and follow-up of global marketing campaigns related to the customer journey ensuring collaboration between sales and marketing
·  Contribute to the high-performance marketing culture
·  Provide input on content needs to global point of contact for solution marketing
·  Execute customer specific events, workshops and activities based on global campaigns activation plans
·  Support the lead generation process with the customers together with the demands operations team
·  Input to the activation success and suggest needed changes
·  Collect demand generation for selected customer activities
·  Establish relationship with customer counterparts in order to engage early on in the sales journey

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

·  University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
·  3- 5 years experience in a Marketing Position preferably in Digital/IT Domain
·  Strong understanding of Digital Media, Channels and Tools
·  Customer & Industry insights on the Maghreb Market
·  Market Intelligence Skills
·  Impact Oriented Person with good argumentation skills
·  Ability to influence different decision makers and target groups.
·  Excellent Presentation and Verbal skills
·  Analytical & problem solving skills
·  English and French Fluent
