Job Summary: 

We are now looking for a 1st Level Transmission Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of reactive & Proactive fault and maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. 

Responsibilities: 

You will support the following systems and functions: 

·  Event management 
·  Incident Correlation
·  Incident management end to end
·  Fault Diagnostics & troubleshooting
·  Assurance support activities
·  Change Management
·  Problem Management

Key Qualifications: 

·   Minimum years of experience: 3-5 years’ experience of working in a 24/7/365 Transmission Operations centre.
·  Industry recognised qualification
·  Domain experience:  area of expertise – SDH Transmission,Infinera & In depth knowledge of faulting and repair on Optical Fibre Network
