Job Summary:

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Key Qualifications:

·  Experience and knowledge in IT operation systems
·  Must have hands-on experience in the System Administration of Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Suse).
·  Should be aware of Open Stack Cloud, AWS, Azure, public, pvt, hybrid cloud solution
·  experience in the field of Data Centre Infrastructure management
·  Proficiency with monitoring tools and concepts
·  Basic Linux administration skills with an emphasis on high availability stack configurations preferred
·  Should have some Scripting knowledge - python, Ansible, shell, Perl, engine, heat, xml, yaml,chef and puppet
·  Good general understanding of cloud platform architectures: Compute,
·  Adept knowledge in NFVi monitoring tools like Prometheus, Zenoss, Zabbix,Nagios,Icinga,HPOpenview etc with knowledge on monitored KPI's at virtual Infra level.

Key Responsibilities

·  Ticket Handling
·  Incident Notifications
·  Aware of ITIL Processes (ITIL Foundation certifications would plus)
·  Worked on various Trouble ticketing tools, Alarm monitoring
·  Aware of Fault, Incident and Change along with other Ops processes
·  Technical expertise/awareness
