Job description
ENGIE are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based at St David's Hospital, Cowbridge Road East, Canton, Cardiff, CF11 9XB. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
· To Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of the building services
· To undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standard
· To provide technical guidance, assistance and information to other members of the maintenance team
· Candidate must be able to maintain, service and repair a wide range of the building services listed below:
· Low voltage electrical distribution system and switchgear
· Emergency standby generating plant
· Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:
· Valid UK driving license
· Be able to obtain DBS check.
· To be an experienced Mechanical/Electrical technician with a proven track record.
· Highly multi skilled individual in building services.
· Fully qualified electrician; Qualified to IEE 17th /18th edition.
· Testing and certification of electrical installations.
· Knowledge of BMS systems to fault diagnostic level
· Working knowledge of Cooling systems, AHU’s & Split pack Air conditioning(desirable)
