ENGIE are recruiting for 2 x Multi-Site Caretakers to be based in Rotherham. These are permanent full-time roles working 40 hours per week on a rota consisting of 8 hours per day between 6am and 10pm Monday to Friday. On offer is a salary of £18,250 and company benefits package.

As a Multi-site caretaker your days will be busy and varied. You will need to prioritise your workload, perform routine maintenance and all types of DIY tasks. The core duties of this role will also include litter picking to keep sites pristine and deter pests. The need to react to cleaning of bodily fluids and the reporting of incidents and accidents in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  General caretaking experience is advantageous, but not essential.
·  Be keen, motivated and reliable
·  Have a proven track record of practical maintenance skills
·  Have a good understanding of services within a building such as boilers, heating, lighting and water management
·  Have good knowledge of Health and Safety
·  Have the ability to follow site and company policies and procedures
·  Cover lettings to meet business requirements
·  Provide reactive and emergency call out cover

Essential is a full enhanced DBS clearance upon taking up the position.
