ENGIE are recruiting for an M&E Supervisor  for the Military Family Housing contract to be based at RAF Lakenheath, IP27 9PP. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview  

The M&E Supervisor will be managing a team of 13 engineers covering 3 different locations. 

Principal Objectives:  

· 
The M&E Supervisor will need to work with the MFH Contract Manager to ensure that all works across all locations are completed to a set high standard. 

· 
Deliver the planned maintenance regime as directed by the client.

· 
Responsible for ensuring the work is adequately resourced and delivered on time.

· 
Respond positively to reactive requests when required, ensuring workloads are managed within the planned maintenance regime.

· 
The M&E Supervisor must understand and implement the training requirements of their individual teams and ensure that the base level of training is maintained whilst ensuring that the teams are being developed through personal development and appraisals. 

· 
Complete return to work meetings and disciplinary investigations. Manage sickness, absence and capability of team members as required.

· 
Deliver staff briefings and tool box talks 

· 
Promote and drive the company values

· 
Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change

Qualifications or Required Experience:  

·  Mechanical or electrical background is preferable.
·  Effective and decisive organisational skills with experience in introducing new ideas and approaches within a team.
·  Ability to lead a team and communicate across all levels working within performance management systems.
·  Experience of developing operational teams focused on service delivery.
·  Flexible approach to work and ability to work under own initiative.
·  Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures.
·  Must understand planning and resource profiling.
·  IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and other information management systems.
