Your role and responsibilities in the (Digital) Transversal Projects team of CEM will be:
· Manage and follow up a small operational projects in web, mobile, digital communication domains, content marketing, … from A-Z (scope definition, prioritization, testing, …)
· Be responsible for the Global Energy website & intranet: webmastering, content, graphical design, user experience and client support
· Generate and optimize a weekly/monthly web dashboard and analytics
· Translate and communicate business needs to IT
· Translate the latest trends in digital marketing and social media into added value for Global Energy
· Create content (for website and newsletters) in interest of the client on basis of the Group’s core business (traditional and new energy services, energy transition, …)
· Prepare internal and external communication
· Report to management (escalation on issues, risks)
General skills:
· End-user & client oriented
· Being familiar with the agile project methodology (Scrum certification is appreciated)
· Profound editorial skills (content management website)
· Expert in visual assets, social media practices and email marketing
· Proactive cooperation with web agencies
· Fluent in FR & EN, additional EU languages is a plus (DE, NL, SP, IT)
· Result driven
Technical skills for digital domain:
· Familiar with recent web technologies like responsive design/HTML5/CSS
· Familiar with user experience design
· Familiar with social media and enterprise social networks
· Natural attraction to new technologies, and ability to detect added value for the segment
· Software skills:
· Photoshop (or similar)
· CMS tools (Typo3, Wordpress)
· Web & performance analytics / data mining
· Mass-mailing tools
· Advanced Excel functions
Soft skills
· Excellent communication and training skills
· Good in listening (ie empathy) at expressed (or non-expressed) needs of internal & external clients
