Job description



ENGIE are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to be based at The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2RS. This is permanent, full time role, working 40 hours a week, 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and company benefits package.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Review Engineering Job Sheets in timely manner for accuracy, legibility, procurement, (materials and quotations) problem solving,
·  Supervise material budget per contract
·  Support Helpdesk with allocating calls to the correct engineers for tasks
·  Periodically review planners update as required with the CAFM team
·  Ensure availability of resources for designated contracts
·  Ensure subcontractors are contacted in line with PPM planner and requirements
·  Carryout regular compliance checks to site
·  Supervise availability of engineering staff to attend training courses in line with Compliance Supervisor requests
·  Ensure all site log books fall in line with the current ICMS procedures as well as client requirements.
·  Assist Admin regarding closure of WIP in a timely manner

Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Electrical C&G or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
·  Mechanical desirable

·  Extensive experience in buildings services M&E
·  Water treatment
·  Heating and ventilation plant and systems
·  Drainage
·  Understanding UPS and down flow units
·  Understanding of FA systems
·  Heating and ventilation plant and systems
·  Significant experience in a mechanical engineering, building service and HVAC system.
·  Ensure all record keeping functions are completed on a daily basis.
·  Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety
·  Understanding of escalation / site procedures.
·  You will also have demonstrable sound knowledge of Health and Safety and experience of following planned programmes of work
·  Knowledge of the use of CAFM systems and BMS monitoring is essential.
·  Conversant in Microsoft applications
