ENGIE are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to be based in Royal Blackburn Hospital BB2 3HH. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £21,000 - £23,000 (dependent on experience), per annum.

Monday -  Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (one hour for lunch)


Interviews to take place W/C 7th October.

Reporting in to the Workflow Supervisor, provide a professional, effective and customer focussed administration support, covering finance, purchasing, maintenance and service desk functions and general support to the account management team as required.

• GCSEs in English & Maths (ideally A-C) or NVQ Level 2 in relevant subject
• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of Coupa, SAP, BI Launchpad, Maximo (desirable)
• Professional and courteous manner
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and organise heavy workload
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent keyboard skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative with minimum supervision
• Understanding of confidentiality
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to motivate and build interpersonal working relationships
